We have confidence that our jewelry will set your soul on fire; however, if you are unsatisfied with your jewelry, please get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will offer you a refund or credit toward a different item. 

The customer pays for return shipping, and shipping for any new product may be incurred on a case-to-case basis.
